One of the professonal initiatives offered by the Saudi Authority of Internal Auditors in collaboration with Harvard BP, the program aims to support SAIA members professionals and enabling them to become future leaders in the Internal Audit Profession; by arming them with knowledge, leadership skills and best international practices throughout the program.
It is a combination of Harvard's latest research and innovations in leadership science, and the latest updates on the internal audit field based on the IIA global standards.
1- A valid membership of the Saudi Authority of Internal Auditors
2- A Minimum bachelor’s degree holder
3- A Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of internal Audit
4- Passing English Proficiency Test or Provide a previously owned English Proficiency test equivalent to 5.5 in IELTS
5- Submit the request to the identified engineering office, then complete the information and attachments in the engineering office and send it to the municipality.
Governance Best Practices
Frameworks and processes for good corporate governance, defining board responsibilities, promoting ethical behavior, and implementing governance standards such as ISO 37000.
Risk Management Best Practices
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various contexts, including Enterprise Risk Management. Ensuring clear communication of risks, including cyber threats and climate change. And implementing Risk standards such as ISO 31000.
Compliance Best Practices
Adhering to relevant laws designing internal controls, conducting audits for regulatory adherence, implementing anti-fraud measures, and ensuring data privacy and protection.
Technological Advancements
Understanding advancements in cybersecurity risk management, and leveraging technology like data analytics and Al.
Sustainability and ESG
Verifying reports and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations to promote sustainable practices.
